Non-Negotiable ("the App") is a personal habit-building tool. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and your rights.
All data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. No data is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. We do not operate a backend.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party. Period.
The App does not include any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioral data.
The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. Apple provides a unique identifier to the App; if you choose to hide your email, we never see your real email address. For more information, see Apple's Sign in with Apple support page.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App: open Settings and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all locally stored data, including your sign-in credentials, goal, and progress. This action cannot be undone.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
